PROBLEMS WITH THE UPLOAD?

We apologize very much that there might have been problems with the Uplaoder.

You can send us your pictures via GoogleDrive, WeTransfer or Dropbox

Just send us a link to your pictures and your desired product:

PC, SMARTPHONE AND BROWSER

We generally recommend to upload via a PC/laptop. Complications can quickly arise with a smartphone.

If there are also problems with the PC, we recommend to use another browser or another PC/laptop. This is usually the easiest solution.

SEND DATA CARRIER TO US

Of course you can also send us a data carrier, e.g. USB stick or DVD with your pictures.

Please note on a piece of paper which picture should be used as the main picture and on which material and size you want your mosaic to be. All settings can be changed later.

There should be only one folder with all single pictures on the data medium.

THE TWO MOST COMMON CAUSES

THE FORM CANNOT BE SENT?

It may happen that after adding the images the form cannot be sent. Once you click on “Send free preview” nothing happens.

In this case you have to reload the page completely once and add all images again. In most cases it will work without problems.

The single images should always be collected in a folder on your desktop, so you can add them all at once to the form on our homepage.

DER UPLOAD BRICHT BEI (Z.B. 40%) AB!

An interruption of the upload is very rare, this can happen if there is no internet connection for a short time.

Mostly this is the case if a lot of images are loaded.

In this case the single images can be uploaded over several preview requests, e.g. 2 preview requests with 250 images each. We can add them to an order later.

In this case we ask for short info in the free preview that we should add the single bider together, thank you very much.
